Abstract(s)
A indústria de Spa é um sector em rápido crescimento nos mercados mais vastos do 
bem-estar e da hospitalidade. Para garantir um crescimento e uma rentabilidade sustentáveis, 
os operadores de Spas têm de desenvolver e aplicar estratégias eficazes na gestão de receitas. 
A análise das estratégias de receitas no sector de Spa realça a importância dos preços, 
da oferta de serviços, do marketing e da eficiência operacional: A fixação dos preços, a 
diversificação dos serviços, as campanhas de marketing orientadas e a racionalização das 
operações contribuem para o crescimento das receitas e para o êxito do sector das estâncias 
termais. 
O principal objetivo desta dissertação foi definir várias estratégias de Revenue 
Management através da análise de indicadores de desempenho de forma a melhorar a 
performance objeto em estudo, Laurea Spa. Trazendo de novo uma aplicação prática de 
Engenharia de Menus aplicado ao departamento de Spa, permitindo fornecer uma visão mais 
clara dos tratamentos e massagens com maior e menor importância e impacto.

Examining revenue strategies in the Spa industry emphasises the importance of pricing, service offerings, marketing, and operational efficiency: Effective pricing, diversification of services, targeted marketing campaigns, and streamlined operations contribute to revenue growth and success in the Spa sector. The main objective of this dissertation was to define various Revenue Management strategies by analysing performance indicators in order to improve the performance of the object under study, Laurea Spa. It brings back a practical application of Menu Engineering applied to the Spa department, allowing for a clearer vision of the treatments and massages with greater and lesser importance and impact.
