Rhythmic and Expressive Activities play a fundamental role in students' cognitive, social, cultural, motor and artistic development (da Silva, & Brito, 2016). Although it has been proven that there are many benefits to be gained from applying Rhythmic and Expressive Activities in Physical Education classes, many teachers identify challenges in implementing Rhythmic and Expressive Activities in their classes, either due to a lack of specific training or the difficulty they encounter in structuring learning in a progressive and motivating way. This work aims to facilitate the approach to Rhythmic and Expressive Activities, more specifically Traditional Dances, in Physical Education classes, thus providing didactic strategies, whether for primary and/or secondary education. The collection and selection of the various choreographies to be worked on and developed throughout the tool was based on the Physical Education textbooks developed for primary and secondary schools. The tool developed presents in detail and progressively the various steps of the dances, the choreographic sequence and finally the demonstration of the final result for the various choreographies selected for the different levels of education. Some games are also presented that can complement the application of Rhythmic and Expressive Activities in Physical Education classes, thus making the lessons more dynamic and motivating for the students. This is an instrument that aims to overcome the difficulties that are sometimes identified by teachers when applying Rhythmic and Expressive Activities, thus trying to make it possible to apply Traditional Dances in a more accessible and efficient way using visual and technological means, thus promoting greater adherence on the part of the students.
