Passados 25 anos da Declaração de Salamanca (UNESCO, 1994) torna-se relevante realizar uma reflexão sobre a realidade da Educação Inclusiva, no contexto internacional, nacional e regional. A promoção da inclusão nas aulas de Educação Física de alunos com Necessidade Educativas Especiais, implica não só um domínio de ferramentas didático-pedagógicas que promovam essa inclusão, mas também o desenvolvimento de competências associadas com a prescrição e controlo do exercício físico, numa população que apresenta condições específicas. Neste contexto, pretende-se com o desenvolvimento do presente trabalho, refletir sobre aspetos de macro, meso e micro organização do processo ensinoaprendizagem, a sua relação e a influência na promoção de um ambiente potencializador da inclusão. Alguma indefinição no programa curricular da disciplina de Educação Física, suscitando dificuldades de trabalho em equipa, na aquisição e gestão de recursos espaciais e materiais, bem como lacunas na formação de docentes. Estes são alguns dos fatores que poderão condicionar a implementação de uma Educação Física Inclusiva. Contudo, o desenvolvimento de futuras investigações neste domínio, tornam-se necessárias face à reduzida produção científica sobre a temática.
After 25 years of the Declaration of Salamanca (UNESCO, 1994) it becomes relevant to reflect on the reality of Inclusive Education in the international, national and regional context. The promotion of inclusion in the classes of Physical Education of students with Special Educational Needs implies not only a domain of didactic-pedagogical tools that promote this inclusion, but also the development of competencies associated with the prescription and control of physical exercise, in a population that conditions. In this context, it is intended with the development of the present work, to reflect on aspects of macro, meso and micro organization of the teaching-learning process, their relation and the influence in the promotion of an environment that enhances inclusion. Some lack of definition in the curriculum of the discipline of Physical Education, raising difficulties in teamwork, acquisition and management of space and material resources, as well as gaps in teacher training. These are some of the factors that may condition the implementation of an Inclusive Physical Education. However, the development of future research in this field is necessary in view of the low scientific production on the subject.
