O desenvolvimento tecnológico e o acesso as novas tecnologias tem crescido de
forma exponencial nas últimas décadas, sendo inegável a sua presença no quotidiano das crianças e jovens. Contudo, a utilização das tecnologias como meio de
aquisição e desenvolvimento do conhecimento científico, de competências e de aptidões no contexto escolar é ainda limitado.
Com este trabalho pretende-se explorar e refletir sobre as potencialidades das tecnologias, como ferramentas de apoio no desenvolvimento do conhecimento científico, apresentando propostas de trabalho transdisciplinar, com o contributo da Educação Física e a promoção de uma literacia para a saúde. Technological development and access to new technologies has grown exponentially in recent decades, being present in the daily lives of young people. However, the use of technologies as a means of acquiring and developing scientific knowledge, skills and abilities in the school context is still limited. This work aims to explore and reflect on the potential of technologies as tools to support the development of scientific knowledge, presenting proposals for trans disciplinary work, with the contribution to Physical Education and the promotion of health literacy. It is intended in this context, the development of students in an integrated manner, bearers of scientific knowledge to make conscious decisions in a society in constant change.
